Rakhi asks Nimmi to come with her so that they can talk.
Shrishti inquiries from Janki if the fever has reduced? Sarla explains that it will reduce after some time, so they should stop checking from time to time, as she must rest, she orders that they both go to the function, as it would not be right if no one from their side is in the function, Janki also asks Shrishti to leave, as she will be on her Mother’s side.
Shrishti calls Preeta who asks why they are not dressed, as she is getting ready for the function, she asks them all to get ready as soon as possible.
Sameer also brings the belongings for Karan, she asks him to put them in the wardrobe otherwise, Karan will get mad.
Preeta orders that they hurry up, Shrishti explains that they cannot come because Sarla has severe fever and she cannot come after leaving her like this, Preeta orders Shrishti to arrange for all the tests for her mother, Sarla starts making excuses, Preeta also orders that she take good care of their Mother. Shrishti asks if she is not feeling bad that they would not be able to come?
Preeta ends the call, she says to Sameer that she desired that everyone be present at their function because it is her first function in the new house.
Shrishti explains that she has called the Doctor who would arrive really soon, she asks Janki to bring some hot water for her Mother, hugging Sarla she pleads with her to calm down and rest, however Sarla is constantly talking, ordering that she should have gone to the function, as it would have been nice for her Sister.
Sherlyn in her room is worrying about how Preeta challenged her, Sanjana comes asking that she heard Ramona has left the house? Sherlyn answers that even Mahira has been thrown out of the house, Sanjana asks why did she not tell her? Sherlyn mentions that she could not have done anything because what Mahira did could not have been corrected, as she made a huge mistake,
Sanjana asks why did Mahira made such a big mistake? Sherlyn explains that it’s all the problem of Sarla, as she is really clever to have blamed Rakhi for all that is wrong in her daughter’s life which caused Rakhi to go on her guilt trip and she ordered Mahira and Ramona to leave.
Sanjana says that she thinks of what would happen if they all come to know of her truth? Sherlyn asks her to stop talking, as she is irritating her! Sanjana tries to explain that she should mend her ways, as it would ruin her life, Sherlyn inquires what has she done for her, as Sarla has made everyone believe her words even when no one believes her in the house, still she has been able to make everyone believe her, so if her Mother claims that Kareena is her friend, then she should make sure that Preeta leaves the house, as she doesn’t like her!
Sanjana tries to explain that what Sarla did was the moment of the situation, Sherlyn explains that Preeta scolded her, but still her Mother was not able to do anything, Sanjana asks her to stop talking, as she will do what no one has ever done and would make sure Preeta is not able to survive in the house! She explains the plan, then orders Sherlyn to get ready for the function because the guests are arriving.
Dadi and Kareena are greeting the guests, they greet Ranuka who has come to attend the function of Preeta, Kareena is not able to forget that Nimmi had created a scene in the past. She doesn’t even listen to Dadi who tries to calm her down, but Kareena doesn’t listen to anything.
Nimmi is with Rakhi when Rano Aunty also comes, they both say that they would make sure that everyone is not busy in their affairs and only listen to them, Rakhi goes to bring Preeta.
Rishab from a distance is looking when Nimmi and Kareena are talking, Rishab explains that they both had a quarrel and now they are talking with such grace.
Sameer points at Karan who has arrived, Rishab says that it is not something to be so eager for, Karan comes blaming Rishab that he has changed a lot, Rishab asks what he is talking about? So Karan answers that before, he used to wake him (Karan) up, but now, when he was going for practice everyone was sleeping, Rishab mentions that before, he was a bachelor but now, is married so he is sure Preeta would take care of him. He responds that she has taken care of him.
Rakhi brings Preeta then asks Dadi to start the rituals however, Rano mentions that in these modern times, Couple can finalize the function, so she asks Karan to sit with Preeta and even scolds him when he refuses to go sit by her, Nimmi asks why did he not bring any gift for Preeta? Karan mentions that he has given his life to her, which makes everyone burst into laughter, he gets worried.
Rakhi explains that she has brought a gift in his place, then asks him to present the ring, then he lifts the veil asking what does she mix in the food because everyone is busy in caring for her and even he has started caring for her? He explains that he was forced to go and sleep on the balcony, Preeta says that whatever he said was because of his own fault and even if all the good things are happening with her, then what is her fault? Karan says that it is not his mistake, they are quarrelling while everyone else is laughing.
Rano asks Nimmi what is being discussed in front of everyone? They both discuss that what used to happen behind the door should happen in front of everyone, Kaeena exclaims why did Preeta pull Karan inside?? Dadi exclaims that it was Karan. Rishab says that Karan shouldn’t have done this, Sameer exclaims that if they both are happy, why is he so worried?
Karan places the ring in Preeta’s finger, she is amazed after looking at it so also looks at Karan.
Nimmi tells Karan to come out of the veil. Karan removes the veil from Preeta’s face as well. Everyone claps for the Couple. Nimmi compliments Preeta and tells Karan he is lucky to have her. Karan boasts about himself. Rishab says both are lucky to have each other in their lives. The ladies tell Karan that Preeta is his companion for the rest of his life, she will make everyday a new one for him.
The guests were all headed towards the ring finding ritual. Sherlyn and Kritika set the bowl of milk. Kritika assures they will have to strive hard to find the ring. Karan happily sits with Preeta. Everyone goes on Karan’s side to support him. Rishab and Sameer goes to sit in Preeta’s team.
Sherlyn whispers to her Mother about her plan? Her Mother says she will fulfil her promise, and her guests will be here in a while.
Shrishti excitedly brings the phone to Sarla and Janki awaiting Sameer’s live video call from the ritual.
The ladies instruct the Couple about the ring ritual and its rules. The one who wins will rule their spouse for the rest of their lives.
Sameer makes the video call. Shrishti was excited and thanks Sameer for this call. The game begins. Sameer cheers for Preeta. Kareena is irked at this.
Karan and Preeta enjoy the game. Preeta announces she got the ring. Karan objects that she held his hand. Both pull their hands out at the same time. Dadi announces they will play the game again. Once again, Preeta wins the game and takes the ring. Karan is offensive and his team makes faces. Karan challenges to play game of his choice and sends Giresh to bring the ball.
Karan and Preeta stood face to face. Karan tosses the football. He says they have to take this game to the other corner without touching it. Janki is worried how she will play? Kritika says the music will play and the game will continue. Both will have to balance the ball till the game goes on.
Shrishti is sure Preeta will play this game well. Preeta and Karan balances the ball between them. Preeta is about to slip, but Karan holds her. Karan teases Preeta by pulling himself behind, but Preeta efficiently moves herself closer to tighten the grip. Both share a romantic stare. Preeta finally wins again. Rishab hugs Karan while all laughing together. Preeta’s family is happy. The call was cut. Sarla tells her to let Sameer enjoy the function, they have seen enough of the video.
Karan blames that Preeta is a cheater! Preeta asks him to prove it. She says ball still belongs to Karan and goes to pick it up.
Mahira stood there with her wrist bleeding with a cut. They are shocked to see her. She weakly walks inside and tells the guests she is Karan’s Wife. She rubs her blood in her hairline and says this is named for Karan, whether he accepts it or not! She faints. Karan holds her in his arms. Rishab tells him to pick her up and take her to the hospital. Kareena calls Ramoona to come to the hospital.
Preeta remembers Mahira’s threat that she will attack at the time when Preeta’s life is filled with laughter!
Dadi and Kareena discuss that whatever Mahira did is wrong. Preeta had also reached the hospital behind the Luthras. Karan is tensed. Rishab notices Rakhi is unstable and goes to call any Doctor for emergency. A Nurse tells the family that Mahira is critical, as the cut is deep. Kareena asks him to save her. The Nurse says her life is endangered if she is not conscious within an hour.
Rishab comes there and asks what he said? Kareena says Mahira’s health is critical. Dadi asks Rishab where he was? Rishab says Mom was a little ill. Karan is tensed and runs there. Rishab says she is normal, it is just that Rakhi was uneasy because of Mahira.
Shrishti is setting her wardrobe. She receives the call from Sameer and says she awaited his video call. Sameer tells Shrishti that the function was left incomplete. He says they are in the hospital. Mahira came there after a suicide attempt, she cut the veins of her arm. She ruined everything. He can sense a negative vibe for Karan and Preeta as well. Shrishti says she will just come to the hospital and leaves without telling Sarla and Janki.
