Kareena inquires Dadi what is she doing and why did she take the side of Sarla? Dadi responds that she has seen the world, so knows that Sarla would not have done anything of the sort, Kareena explains how Rakhi used to think that Preeta was her lucky charm, but even then, she felt bad when Preeta wronged their family.
Mahira also comes to the room, she blames that Sarla has come from a society that would feel wrong when their daughter doesn’t have the first child which is why they might have tried to harm the child, Mahira further explains how they would have done anything for the sake of revenge. Kartika comes saying that Sherlyn is not in the house, Kareena inquires why? And how she doesn’t know because she was with her? Kartika says that she went to attend to the bathroom but when she came out, Sherlyn was not in the house, Karina and Dadi both leave to search for her.
Someone knocks at the Aurora house, Janki says that she would open the door, but Sarla must not scold Shrishti, as she might have come back, she opens the door to find Sherlyn standing at the door, she asks why it took so long for them to open the door?
The Police Inspector also comes ordering that they bring Sarla, as there has been a complaint against her for attempted murder, Janki pleads with them explaining how Sherlyn is a liar and might have tricked them, so she cannot arrest Sarla however the Police Inspector forcefully takes her away, Janki wonders what she can do, as when she tries to call Preeta, the call doesn’t connect.
Shrishti pleads with Preeta to think, she worries for her Mother so says that she has to talk with her, Shrishti assures her that she would make the call, but for now, she must think, both Sameer and Shrishti start arguing, Preeta stands up, Shrishti immediately asks her to lie down, as it is not right for her, Preeta explains that she wants to get her mobile, as she needs to talk with Sarla.
Karan also comes in the room, he makes her lie on the bed, then asks Shristhi to talk some sense into her as she would otherwise, she won’t be able to get healthy, Shristhi also pleads with Preeta to eat something, Preeta responds that she is keeping the fast to strengthen her relationship with Karan and cannot think of breaking the fast, as then, she would not be able to get the wishes of the elders. Karan is left amazed by her decisions.
The Police takes Sarla into the van, Sherlyn comes pleading with the Police to punish Sarla for all the crimes which she has committed to her and the family, Sarla calls her saying that she knows that Sarla can never hurt her or the child, but she knows that Sherlyn might try to harm Preeta, Sherlyn says that she should stop talking, as she is the Culprit.
Janki comes pleading and apologizing to the Inspector saying that she wronged her when she refused to let her enter their house, but they should not arrest her, as she has done nothing wrong, the Police Inspector mentions that whenever there is a complaint against a person, they have to take action, she should hire a lawyer, so that they can attain the bail for her, Janki sits at her feet pleading that they let her go.
Sherlyn seeing the opportunity goes to Sarla exclaiming that her daughter brought the Police when she came into the Luthra mansion, which ruined her entire plan, so now she made them all pay in just a day, she exclaims that it is a Karawachot, so now, she would break her fast, as she needs strength to fight with them which is not possible until she eats something!
The Police then comes to sit in the van while Janki is pleading with them to not take Sarla away. Sherlyn pleads with them to make Sarla pay for all the crimes which she has committed against their family, Janki starts crying on the road, Sherlyn exclaims that they all are already of a very low class, so should go back to their house and cry, Janki thinks that she doesn’t take pain but she’s responsible for giving them.
Dadi and Kareena are both really worried, Mahira acts as if she’s really worried, but thinks that she is glad that they both are worried because they refused to listen to Sherlyn, Dadi asks Kareena to go and call her friends because they are really worried where she has gone, Dadi then sees Sherlyn coming, Kareena inquires where she had gone because they were all worried.
Sherlyn acts as if she is dizzy, then Mahira mentions that she would make her feel comfortable while they should bring something to drink, when they both leave, Mahira closes the door. She asks Sherlyn to inform her of what has happened and did their plan work? Sherlyn explains that everything happened exactly the same way, they desired as the Police have taken Sarla to jail, Mahira exclaims that she has also forced Dadi and Kareena to believe that it was Sarla because of whom Sherlyn got ill because she tried to murder her child, Sherlyn gets scared asking her to not say it again and again as they say that sometimes it might become the truth.
Mahira gets worried however she exclaims that she was just playing and when Sarla would inform Preeta, she would have to break her fast, Sherlyn responds that it will not only be her fast, but her entire life as she is really close to Sarla and they might also leave the Luthra Mansion.
Preeta exclaims that she is feeling better ever since the Doctor gave her the injection, Karan responds that it is not true, as she is only saying this because of her stubbornness and this would not be okay for them both, as when she is wrong, he would also be worried, Preeta exclaims that she only has a slight pain in her head which would go away, Shrishti sits with her to help her relieve the pain.
Sameer asks Karan how can she be so nice, as he knew that Wives are selfish, but she cares so much for him that she kept the fast for his long life, Karan asks Shrishti to come, as he would sit with Preeta, he sits and he’s massaging the head when she realizes that it’s Karan, Sameer and Shrishti both say that they are witnessing what they desired for so long because the relationship of Karan and Preeta is getting strong day by day so they should be happy, Shrishti exclaims that she is remembering what her mother said that the relationship between the husband and wife is cemented after the function of Karwachot because of the blessings of mother Karwa.
Preeta instructs Karan to apply little pressure then she asks him to apply a little more pressure, he gets irritated at which she orders that he should be consistent and be equal in applying the pressure, she then orders Shrishti to call Sarla, but when she doesn’t answer the call, Preeta gets worried, Sameer advises her to try the landline, but still it’s not connecting, Preeta is really worried why she was not answering the call.
Karan asks her to not worry then after some time, Shrishti exclaims that she might have left to come to their house.
Ganesh comes saying that someone has come to meet Preeta, it is Rashmi who came from Banaras and she’s a lawyer, Preeta introduces her to everyone and then she explains that she is fighting a case for her boyfriend who has been charged with attempting to murder her father, they both inquire what had happened however, she mentions that she has to catch a flight but they can watch the show of the game of the Scorpio, Karan and Shrishti both agree.
Janki enters the Luthra Mansion in anger without listening to anyone, she starts shouting the name of Sherlyn in anger, Rakhi comes asking what has happened and the reason she is shouting however, Janki demands that they call Sherlyn.
Kareena also comes asking if she doesn’t have any manners? Janki exclaims that they do not have a big heart because she has done a tremendous wrong thing.
Shrishti and Preeta both come inquiring what has happened? Janki exclaims that the Police have arrested Sarla, hearing this news shocks everyone.
Janki runs to Preeta and Shrishti exclaiming that the Police has arrested Sarla, the entire family gets shocked when she breaks the news, Preeta inquires why did they take her? Shrishti asks what crime has she committed? Janki mentions that this is what she has come to ask these people, as Sherlyn brought the Police to their house and had Sarla arrested, Janki takes her hand saying that she should come with her at the moment and take back the complaint, she warns her to not look at her in this manner, Mahira also tries to stop Janki.
Rishab asks Janki to stop, he inquires why Sherlyn had her arrested? He once again forces her to answer, She explains that this is the reason she refused to inform him about the pregnancy because he doesn’t trust her, she responds that she got ill after eating the ladoo which Sarla brought, as she tried to kill their child, Sherlyn tries to plead with them saying that they refuse to accept the fact that Sarla purposefully brought the ladoo with poison. She mentions that even Dadi refused to accept that Sarla is the Culprit.
Shrishti also agrees saying that her Mother cannot do such a thing, Karan also comes forward explaining that she had poison in her body, but it was not because of Sarla.
Mahira mentions that she believes Sherlyn, but she should have brought the proof first, Sherlyn explains how Preeta got ill and then the cat died when she drank the milk with the ladoo, Sherlyn starts crying mentioning that she ate two ladoo and got ill.
Janki says that she is stupid, as how can a mother send ladoo that is mixed with poison as Sarghi?
Sherlyn starts crying when they all refuse to accept her story, Kareena comes forward exclaiming that she trusts her even when they are not by her side, she will stand for what is wrong and the only reason she refused to say anything was because Dadi forced her to wait for the report, but Sherlyn should never believe that she is alone in their house.
Shrishti blames Sherlyn mentioning that she has gotten ill, as she did this with a plan because her Mother can never do such a thing, as she is not like that, Sherlyn however is adamant.
Kareena scolds Shrishti inquiring why do they have to make such a scene every time when there is a function in their house? Is it because they are not happy that the Luthra family should live peacefully?
Shrishti once again starts lashing out at Sherlyn, she says that Sherlyn is just acting and took the entire step because of a plan which she has made.
Preeta standing there thinks that her Mother would need her, so she goes outside the house, but because of the pain, she is not able to walk however, upon reaching the door, she calls an Auto and moves towards the Police Station.
Mahira standing there thinks that she is the reason for whatever is happening with her, she thinks that she has sent her away for a short period, but will soon make sure she is permanently thrown out of the Luthra house, so that she goes back to her Mother’s house!
Mahira receives a call from her Mother, Ramona, she mentions that Sarla is in jail and Preeta has also gone after her, Ramona exclaims that there is a last step which will fulfil their plan, so she should just be patient.
Preeta enters the Police Station, she bursts into tears while seeing Sarla in the lockup, she goes to her when Sarla asks why did she come because she is keeping the fast? Sarla mentions that she is her Mother and always feels better when they are together, she mentions that they would get out of this situation, as they are the ones who are telling the truth, Sarla asks why did she come and should go back because she has to fulfil the rituals. She inquires if Preeta has performed the prayer? Preeta says that she was about to, but came when she heard her mother is in jail.
Sarla mentions that she has to fulfil all the rituals of the prayer, she wants that her daughter drink water after seeing the moon, as if she isn’t able to, then Sarla would feel that it is because of her she was not able to fulfil the first rituals in her family, so she should leave.
Sarla mentions how Sherlyn came to threaten her, then mentions that she is relaxed that Preeta married Karan, as he is a really nice human being, so she must leave as otherwise, Mahira and Sherlyn would create a lot of scene, both of them are crying when Preeta leaves.
