Prithvi is welcoming the guests to the function, Kritika seeing this, also teases him, when he mentions his life was saved when she become his Wife, Prithvi’s Mother also comes praising Kritika on her beauty, Prithvi asks if she doesn’t think he is beautiful? She is about to say something to Kritika when Kareena also comes asking what they are talking of, she explains that she has to leave immediately for the Village, so desires that Kritika takes good care of her Son.
Kareena explains she shouldn’t worry because they would take good care of her Son, she asks if he wishes to stay with them in the Luthra house? Prithvi accepts the proposal.
Dadi comes asking why is she asking Prithvi and should ask her because she is the elder, as they do not want to make him their Son-in-law, everyone is shocked when Dadi explains that they would make him like their Son, Prithvi explains she was about to give him a heart attack, Dadi explains this is what she desired.
Rakhi asks them to see who has come, they are amazed to see that it is Suresh who is the brother of Mahesh Luthra, Dadi is startled to see him and immediately hugs her Son, mentioning that he has come after a long time and prefers to stay in the Village, he explains that this is not the case and he is now going to leave when Mahesh is well.
Rakhi introduces Prithvi to Suresh and when they enter, Karan and Rishab also comes, taking his blessings, Suresh requests to meet Mahesh first before the function.
Prithvi is staring at Preeta, Mahira comes asking him to not stare at Preeta like this otherwise, Karan and Rishab would start beating him.
Rishab comes to stand in front of Prithvi, who is shocked to see the smile asking if this is because of him? Rishab points towards Kritika who is standing behind him explaining that it’s only because of her, Prithvi says that he has finally become the member of the Luthra family, Rishab warns him of the severe consequences if he creates any problem in Kritika’s life!
Rakhi comes running to Rishab explaining that Mahesh moved when Suresh was talking to him, Rishab is filled with joy and tries calling the Doctor.
Kritika coming to Prithvi explains that she was right and it’s because of Prithvi that Mahesh has started moving however, Prithvi is left startled, so tries to reason that he was not the reason.
Rishab hears the conversation, he pulls Prithvi without telling anything else.
Rishab pushes Prithvi into the room, he immediately starts questioning him asking if he has any role in the accident of his father?? Prithvi tries to deny it however, Rishab pulls out his belt threatening to pull the truth out of his throat if he doesn’t reveal it himself! Prithvi is left confused, so mentions that he wants the truth and would now reveal that, he explains that it’s love that Mahesh has for him and this is not the case.
Rishab starts beating him saying that he should not joke because he’s not in the mood! Prithvi is able to open the door where Kritika is standing, she asks what is happening when Prithvi mentions that they were sorting an old deal which they had, Rishab forces him to reveal the truth, but Kritika stops him from doing anything making him remember that he promised her, so she takes Prithvi away.
Kritika is with Prithvi in the room trying to apologize for what has happened saying that Rishab should not have acted like he did to which Prithvi explains that he was bearing the punishments because of her because she is really nice and takes care of him, he pleads with her to go and attend to the guests as they would get worried and he would come down, Kritika leaves.
Sherlyn immediately enters the room asking why is he being so nice? Prithvi explains that they have to handle the situation maturely and not be foolish, he reveals how Rishab is fixated on the accident of Mahesh and keeps on questioning him, so what if they were involved, there is nothing which they can do about it, but he cannot say it openly.
Sherlyn mentions that there is nothing to worry about because they have not left any proof of their past lives, Prithvi reveals that he has something from their past, Sherlyn immediately asks why he kept it when they promised to ruin any proof? Prithvi explains that the proof was really close to his heart so he was not able to let go of it, Prithvi explains that there is nothing to worry about, as the belongings is safe with him in his house and if someone is able to reach it, then they would see the true side of Prithvi Malhotra.
Prithvi assures Sherlyn that the evidence that can expose them is safe with him. He says that he can never let anyone get to this evidence, as that person will learn about the real Prithvi after that. He keeps thinking about the people who can get to that evidence. Prithvi sees everyone at the Luthra House, but Srishti’s absence begins to bother him.
Meanwhile, Srishti arrives outside Prithvi’s house. She finds a security guard who was usually not posted there. She assumes that there is definitely something secretive there. She decides to sneak into the house but a Car’s security alarm alerts the guard.
At the Luthra House, Preeta comes to Karan and asks him if he needs anything, which surprises him? Preeta says that Mahira told her that he has called him?
Mahira arrives there and says that she lied to bring them together and takes a leave. Preeta finds it strange and tells Karan that she definitely has some plan against them. Karan overlooks the sudden change in Mahira and tells Preeta that she is just overthinking it.
Srishti hides in Prithvi’s Kitchen and gets scared to see someone opening the door.
Suddenly, that person holds a knife and walks towards Srishti. She feels nice to see Sameer arrive there to help her. Sameer explains how he fooled the guard and took the key from Prithvi’s flower pot.
Karan, in a corner with Preeta, keeps asking her to wait with him. Preeta tells him that she has been with him for a few minutes, but she needs to attend to the guests or Kareena will feel bad. Mahira begins to serve refreshments to the guests and tells Kareena that she is just trying to help them.
Kareena begins to lose her temper when Mahira tells her that Preeta is busy spending time with Karan. Mahira says that Preeta is intentionally avoiding the tasks at the function to upset Kareena. She tells Kareena that Preeta wants her to get upset with her. She explains that Preeta is aware that Rakhi will always defend her, and she is using the opportunity to turn Rakhi against Kareena.
As planned by Prithvi, Mahira makes Kareena believe that Preeta is using ‘divide and rule’ policy with the Luthras. Kareena waits for some time and again sees some guests getting upset due to not getting refreshments.
Kareena walks to the guest room and scolds Preeta for trying to keep the family members away from Kritika’s function! Suresh reveals that he had been practising a surprise dance performance with Pammi by Preeta’s help.
Soon, Preeta reveals to Kareena about the incident when she had seen her with Karan. She explains to Kareena how Karan was insisting her to stay in a corner with him. She further tells Kareena how she took him to Rishabh and tried to convince Karan for a dance performance to make Kritika feel better.
Karan gets upset with Preeta for saying such a thing. However, Rishabh seconds Preeta and suggests Karan to support their sister, Kritika. On hearing this, Kareena steps back and begins to calm down.
Preeta assures Kareena that she will never do anything that will hurt her, Kritika or the Luthra family. Suddenly, Janki arrives there and seconds Preeta’s words.
After she takes a leave, Suresh and Pammi tell Kareena that she should be proud of Preeta. They tell Kareena not to worry about the function, as Preeta will be able to manage it magnificently. Rakhi tells Kareena that no matter what the situations are, she will never go against her. She reminds Kareena that they all are a family and nobody can set them apart.
