Srishti and Sameer visit Megha and offer her INR 2,000,000 to hide the truth and stop blackmailing.
Megha stops packing her bags and agrees to come to the Court with them for the money.
Kareena, Rakhi and Kritika leave for the Court. They get shocked to learn from Dadi that Mahesh has completely forgotten about Preeta.
At the Court, everyone gathers for the Court hearing. Srishti informs that Sameer has met with a Car accident. Srishti tells Megha and Ruchika to come inside the Courtroom, but Megha hesitates to go inside.
Karan sees Preeta and insists a Cop to let him to talk to her for a while.
Outside the Court, Karan cuddles Preeta and tells her how much he missed her. Karan reveals how he has been without her and she gets emotional.
Mahesh’s Doctor talks to Rakhi about Mahesh’s mental condition and asks her to take care of him. Dadi and Kareena calm Rakhi and tell her to go for Preeta’s Court hearing. They assure her that they will stay home and look after Mahesh.
Rakhi and Kritika arrive at the Court and see Karan cuddling Preeta. Rakhi tells Preeta that she is with her and tells her not to worry.
Sarla arrives there and Karan teases Rakhi. Preeta says that Karan is very lucky because everyone loves him. Karan promises everyone that Preeta will return home today by any means. He later thanks ACP Deepak for letting him meet Preeta.
Advocate Siddharth Bakshi, Preeta’s lawyer, asks Ruchika to testify in Preeta’s favour. Ruchika reveals that she has a child with Akshay when Siddharth refers to her as his lover. Soon, she pretends to be unwell and asks for a short break. Later, Siddharth comes up with a CCTV footage that proves Preeta and Kritika were home when Akshay was murdered. Sherlyn and Prithvi feel confident thinking that they had entered home from the backdoor.
The defense lawyer claims that the evidence presented by Siddharth was manipulated. Siddharth then resorts to presenting Ruchika and Megha as his witness.
However, their sudden absence leaves everyone shocked. Srishti, Sameer and Karan struggle to find them both, but in vain. Siddharth asks the Judge for some time and he allows it.
Mahira and Sherlyn pretend to be nice before Sarla and Rakhi, who are worried about Preeta. Mahira secretly meets Preeta and taunts her.
Prithvi looks at Preeta and assumes Karan to be a stupid. Sherlyn and Mahira arrive there and he hides his true feelings from them.
Karan calms Sarla and promises her that Preeta will return home after the hearing.
Siddharth tells everyone that a new Judge will hear the case after their break.
As the hearing begins again, a new lawyer takes over the case and begins to question Siddharth’s claims. The lawyer claims that Preeta wanted to marry Srishti to Akshay. He makes a few other claims that upset Rakhi, Srishti and Karan.
