Preeta arrives there and the hitman tries unsuccessfully to kill her. He tries contacting Sherlyn, but fails to reach her on phone. He immediately calls Prithvi to get Sherlyn’s alternate phone number. Prithvi lashes out at him after learning about their plan and Kritika notices this. Prithvi runs out of the shop to go and save Preeta.
Sherlyn calls the hitman and instructs him to try running over Preeta again. She steps out of the car to throw Preeta under the truck. Mahira follows Sherlyn when she sees that the latter is fainting. Mahira accidentally pushes Sherlyn and she meets with an accident.
Preeta calls Karan there and Prithvi sees them taking her to a hospital. Prithvi sees Mahira before leaving from there and worries for Sherlyn.
Karan tries to calm Rishabh down and Prithvi comes running. Prithvi blurts out that he has lodged a Police complaint against the trucker. Preeta asks Prithvi how he learned about it and everyone gets suspicious of him.
At the hospital, Preeta keeps interrogating Prithvi, but he fails to answer her questions. Karan and Rishabh keep looking at them and try to understand the matter.
Suddenly, a Nurse arrives there and Prithvi walks away from there to answer a phone call. Prithvi secretly calls Mahira and asks her about her whereabouts. Soon, Prithvi decides to teach Mahira a lesson when he realises that she is lying to him!
Mahesh, Rakhi, Dadi and Kareena arrive at the hospital to check on Sherlyn. Rakhi begins to look pale after the Doctor reveals that Sherlyn’s condition is very critical. Rakhi looks for a place to worship in the hospital. Preeta, Rakhi, Dadi, and Kareena pray to Lord Ganesha for Sherlyn‘s recovery. Rakhi keeps saying that she is getting a bad intuition, but everyone tells her to stay positive.
Rishabh keeps looking at Sherlyn being operated on with teary eyes.
The Doctor manages to save Sherlyn, but not her unborn child. The Luthras bring Sherlyn home and everyone mourns the loss of her unborn child.
Rakhi sheds tears for the unborn child. Preeta goes there to pacify her while Kareena stands outside the room feeling bad for Rakhi.
Sanjana visits Sherlyn to talk to her and make her feel better. Sherlyn asks for Prithvi, who suddenly arrives there. Prithvi cuddles Sherlyn to calm her down, which shocks Sanjana. Sanjana locks the room and scolds Prithvi for his actions. Sherlyn asks her to leave, but Prithvi asks the former to relax. Much to Sherlyn’s dismay, Prithvi calls it good riddance while trying to console her.
Prithvi exclaims whatever happens is for the benefit and if the child was born, he would have made her life hell, as she would not have been able to sleep or stay awake so it’s the for the best, Sherlyn exclaims it feels as if he doesn’t cares after what has happened and the child belonged to them both and was a sign of their love, Prithvi making her sit, apologizes saying that he doesn’t know how she feels.
Sherlyn exclaims that she wants revenge of what has happened, as she wants him to take the revenge for the loss of their child, he must kill the one responsible for it! Prithvi asks her to at least inform him about how the accident happened, Sherlyn replies she doesn’t know because she felt dizzy and got into an accident, Prithvi promises to get the revenge for her!
The Contract Killer is enjoying himself, Prithvi hits him from behind with the glass and tries to kill him, Prithvi asks why did he want to kill his Sherlyn baby?? The Contract Killer says he did not want to kill her, Prithvi however once again hits him in the head with a bottle, before throwing him here and there in the shop, he doesn’t even let him explain, he pleads his innocence saying he did not hurt Sherlyn, Prithvi replies he has the last chance to speak the truth otherwise, he would hit his head!
The Contract Killer replies that Sherlyn was pushed by the other woman who was with her, Prithvi demands the name, he replies Sherlyn hired him to kill Preeta with the truck, but she wasn’t coming down from the pedestrian path and so Sherlyn advised to push her, but instead was pushed by the woman who was with her. Prithvi shows the photo of Mahira, he replies he can recognize her at any crowd.
Prithvi recalls that he saw Mahira at the accident site, but she claimed to be at her mother’s house. Prithvi leaves after once again hitting him from the back.
Dadi is in her room, she asks Kareena what has happened? Kareena replies she cannot see Rakhi as she is crying a lot, Dadi responds that Rakhi was really happy she was going to be a grandmother, but all her dreams were ruined.
Preeta enters, but Dadi refuses to take the medicine, as she is not feeling well, Kareena asks her to not go on her tears as she got emotional, Dadi replies she must not lie as she knows Kareena because she is a really strong woman however, she mustn’t cry otherwise, no one would remain strong enough, Kareena replies she tried a lot to remain strong, Dadi and Kareena both are hugging.
Preeta requests her to not cry, everything would be fine, Kareena questions how would everything be fine when there is no chance of another baby?? Kareena seeing Preeta stand exclaiming that her relationship with Karan is really strong, so if they plan a baby then everything would be fine, Dadi also replies if she has a child, then it would give the family an heir, providing them with all of the happiness, Dadi asks her to think of what she says, as she is the only one who can provide their family with the happiness.
