During breakfast, a large piece of an apple gets stuck in Pihu’s esophagus because of Sonakshi. Sonakshi feels victorious when the Luthras panic and begin to question Vinita’s skills. Kareena tries to fire Vinita and Dadi seconds her decision.
Preeta reveals that she could not check Pihu’s meal because of an urgent task. Kareena tells Preeta that she should not be a mother just to please herself and asks her to be more responsible! Preeta feels hurt due to this and gives her a reply that upsets Dadi.
Rishabh and Karan defend Preeta against Kareena. Rakhi tries to console Preeta, who says that she is not affected by her words anymore.
Rishabh tells Karan to forget everything. Meanwhile, Sherlyn reads a text message on Sonakshi’s phone and decides to follow her.
Karan and Rishabh question Sameer after seeing him worried. Sameer reveals that Sarla is finding a match for Srishti. Rishabh and Karan decide to visit Srishti to discuss this. Preeta learns about it and even she joins them.
Sonakshi arrives at a hotel and Yashvardhan asks her to come to his room. Sherlyn follows Sonakshi to the hotel room and then struggles to find more about her visit there.
Sudha arrives at the Arora House with a few prospective matches for Srishti. Sarla asks Srishti to take a look at all the pictures and choose the ones that she likes. Srishti pretends to be a stubborn girl to avoid getting married.
Sarla is glad to see Pihu arrive there suddenly along with Rishabh, Karan, Preeta and Sameer. Preeta lies about her visit to Sarla and takes Srishti to a room. She talks to Srishti about the reason behind her hesitance about getting married and her feelings related to Sameer.
Preeta offers Sristhi to talk to Sarla about Sameer, but she stops her from doings so. Srishti hesitantly reveals to Preeta that she likes Sameer but not to an extent that she can be sure about marrying him. She suggests Srishti to think well and come to a decision soon, as she can’t keep Sameer waiting for long. Srishti begins to wonder why Preeta said such a thing? She recalls that Sameer has never professed his love to her.
Meanwhile, Sherlyn follows Sonakshi to a hotel room and keeps thinking of ways to get to know more about her secret visit.
Inside the room, Yashvardhan shocks Sonakshi by revealing about Karan and Preeta’s wedding anniversary. She asks him how he knows about it and he hints at her about having a trusted source. He asks her to make an excuse and stay in the hotel until the wedding anniversary.
Sherlyn sends a waiter to the room by lying to him and then tries to snap Sonakshi and Yashvardhan together on her phone.
At the Arora House, Karan fails to change Sarla’s mind when she emotionally says that she wants a son-in-law like him for Srishti. Sameer loses hope when Sarla says that she can never marry Srishti to him because of Kareena.
