Sameer comes there and helps Dadi bring an intoxicated Karan back to his senses. Dadi is shocked to see that Karan is excited to meet Preeta. He runs to the living room after hearing that Preeta has returned.

Meanwhile, Preeta asks Sherlyn to read out Mahesh’s will that states;

about the power of attorney being transferred to the former’s name.

Preeta makes fun of Prithvi and offers him a job when he tries to make fun of Karan’s abilities to run the family business.

Kareena tries to argue with Preeta, who gives her a befitting reply.

Preeta taunts Prithvi that he’s shocked to realise that he’s losing control over the Luthras’ wealth. Kareena gets upset to hear Preeta say that she owns the entire wealth and not him. Suddenly, an intoxicated Karan comes running to the living room and calls Preeta. He asks Preeta if she has come to apologise to the Luthras for her mistakes. Preeta tries to say that she is not here to apologise to anyone. Karan replies that she does not need to apologise to anyone for anything.

Preeta feels overwhelmed to hear Karan say that he has been missing her for two years. He says that he has been drinking for a long time but still could never forget her. He cuddles Preeta and asks her to stay back home with him.

Karan lashes out at Prithvi when he tries to intervene and shouts out loud that Preeta is his Wife!

Sherlyn, Rakhi, Kareena, Kritika and Dadi are shocked to see all this. Soon, everyone looks after an unconscious Karan and Preeta goes to her room.

The Luthras try to discuss the sudden change in Karan’s behaviour. They try to overlook Karan’s emotions considering the fact that he was drunk. However, Rakhi reminds everyone that Karan had clearly stated that he wants Preeta to forget the things that had happened two years back. Rakhi tells everyone that Preeta is back to teach Prithvi a lesson! However, the Luthras oppose Preeta taking charge of the house.

In a room, Prithvi tells Sherlyn that his plan to enter the real estate business can get foiled due to Preeta’s unexpected arrival.

Preeta gives everyone a chance to leave the Mansion if they dislike her being the Owner.

Payal introduces herself as Natasha, Sherlyn’s Sister, and Preeta taunts Sherlyn. Payal comes ahead when Preeta asks about the person who has gotten Karan drunk?

The Luthras take an unconscious Karan to Dadi’s room. Sameer says that Preeta taking over the charge is a better thing. Payal says that he is saying so because he has always liked Preeta as his Sister-in-law.

Meanwhile, Preeta moves to Karan’s room until her new room gets ready. She recalls the old days with Karan while taking a look at each corner of the room.

Kritika talks to Kareena, Dadi and Rakhi about how Preeta and Prithvi’s actions have hampered their life.

Prithvi goes to his room and loses his cool to see Girish removing all his belongings from the room.

Payal goes to Sherlyn’s room and the latter lashes out at her for not executing their plan to get close to Karan! Soon, they both get into an argument.

Late at night, at night, Preeta tries to go to the basement to secretly check on Mahesh. She runs into Rakhi, who tries to talk to her about her actions. Preeta addresses Rakhi by her first name, which shocks the latter. Rakhi leaves from there when she realises that Preeta will not stop pretending to be a mean person.
